Skeleton Technologies makes supercapacitors, SuperBattery cells and complete high-power systems built on its proprietary Curved Graphene material, serving AI data centres, grid, automotive, heavy transport, rail, marine and defence customers. For AI data centres its systems smooth the millisecond power swings of GPU clusters close to the workload. Founded in 2009 in Tartu, Estonia, it runs module and system development in Tallinn, material and cell production in Germany (including its Leipzig SuperFactory) and a SuperBattery factory in Varkaus, Finland, and says it has raised almost €400M. In October 2026 it announced a strategic investment led by Siemens that took its valuation above $1B, to expand US manufacturing and Silicon Valley R&D. CEO: Taavi Madiberk.
