Siena AI builds empathic AI customer experience agents for consumer and e-commerce brands. It started with an autonomous customer service agent that plugs into help desks and commerce tools such as Shopify, Zendesk, Yotpo and Recharge, and has expanded into shopping, social, reviews, QA and voice agents built on a shared customer intelligence and memory layer it calls the Agent of Record. Siena says it works with hundreds of brands, including SPANX, FIGS, HexClad and Comfrt, and has automated hundreds of millions of customer interactions. In October 2026 it announced a $17 million Series A led by York IE, with Joyance Ventures and existing investors Aglaé Ventures and Sierra Ventures, bringing total funding to $29.7 million.
