Customers named on its site include incident.io, Bridge, Primer and Legora. On October 15, 2026 Intuit announced it had signed an agreement to acquire Sequence to strengthen Intuit Enterprise Suite and QuickBooks Online Advanced; financial terms were not disclosed (The Times reported around $200M).
