Intelligent control plane that routes AI workloads across devices, edge and clouds
Seismora is building what it calls a control plane for the "Agentic Internet": software that decides where parts of an AI application should run (on a device, at the edge, or in a hyperscaler or neocloud) based on capability, cost, latency and policy, an approach it calls cognitive routing. It aims to unify identity, telemetry, placement, policy and cost accounting so developers building agentic applications don't have to write that routing logic into each app, and it orchestrates existing hardware rather than building its own, including offloading functions to SmartNICs and DPUs such as NVIDIA BlueField. Founded in 2025 and based in Portola Valley, California, it is led by founder and CEO Vito Palermo and is part of the NVIDIA Inception program (per SiliconANGLE and the company).
