Scooter is a Pune-based sales hiring startup founded in 2024 by Kartik Mandrekar and Saumya Seth. It sources sales professionals, screens and evaluates them through role-relevant sales scenarios and short video assessments, and gives hiring managers a ranked shortlist of three to five candidates with evidence before they open a CV. Its site lists pricing as a 1% shortlist fee plus a 9% success fee on hire. On 5 October 2026 Scooter was reported to have raised Rs 1.5 crore in a pre-seed round led by Aviral VC.
