About
Roleo is a Tallinn, Estonia-based startup building a free personal AI career agent for technology professionals. Users tell it the role, salary, team and city they want; each week it reviews open tech roles across Europe, surfaces the best matches and introduces candidates directly to hiring managers, with profiles kept anonymous until the candidate agrees. It is free for professionals and companies pay when they hire. Roleo was co-founded by Janer Gorohhov (co-founder of Veriff) and Vahur Hansen, and in November 2026 announced a EUR 2.9M round led by Practica Capital with Inventure, bringing total funding to EUR 3.46M.
