Rivio is a Brazilian healthcare AI services company, founded in 2025, that combines AI agents with billing and audit specialists to run hospital revenue-cycle operations end to end: concurrent and retrospective medical audit, automated claim submission from the hospital ERP, denial analysis and appeals, and a command center for tracking billing and payments. It integrates with hospital ERPs such as Tasy, MV, Pixeon, Wareline and SPDATA and ties its own pay to results, with a contractual guarantee on receivables. Hospitals named as customers include Einstein, Sirio-Libanes, A.C.Camargo Cancer Center and HCor. In November 2026 it raised a Series A extension led by Valor Capital with participation from monashees.
