Ravical builds an AI platform for accounting and tax firms that turns the knowledge and practices of experienced professionals into shared workflows applied across a firm's client base. Its tools help firms surface client advisory opportunities, automate prep work, ground answers in primary law, and govern AI agents, connecting to existing practice software such as IRIS, CCH, Xero and Digita. Founded in 2025 by Joris Van Der Gucht, Ken Bastiaensen and Benjamin Vandermarliere, it says more than 100 accounting firms across Europe use the platform. In October 2026 it raised a $17 million seed round led by MMC Ventures, bringing total funding to $25 million.
