Ultra-thin perovskite solar modules for battery-free edge devices
RadianX (formerly California Perovskite Technology) builds ultra-thin perovskite photovoltaic modules that harvest indoor and outdoor light for sensors, wearables, connected devices and Physical AI. Its AlphaGlass, AlphaVis and AlphaFlex platforms are designed to integrate into product surfaces so devices can run longer on smaller batteries or without routine battery swaps. The Redwood City company announced a seed round co-led by SOSV and Twynam in November 2026, alongside manufacturing-line support from Pacific Union Technology Precision Manufacturing.
