Powerlattice is a semiconductor startup headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, with an office in Chandler, Arizona, that is reimagining power delivery for AI accelerators. It has developed what it calls the industry's first power delivery chiplet, which uses miniaturised on-die magnetic inductors, voltage control circuits, a vertical design and a programmable software layer to deliver power inside the processor package, and the company says this cuts compute power needs by more than 50%. Founded in 2023 by Peng Zou (CEO), Gang Ren and Sujith Dermal, it emerged from stealth in November 2025 with a $25 million Series A jointly led by Playground Global and Celesta Capital. An SEC Form D filed on October 30, 2026 reports about $86 million sold in a new equity offering of up to $111 million.
