Phononic Vibes is a Milan-based noise management company founded in 2018 as a spin-off of Politecnico di Milano. It designs and manufactures noise and vibration control products, including noise barriers, enclosures and silencers, for rail, energy, industry, construction and mobility. Using acoustic metamaterials and a proprietary design engine, it says its products weigh up to 30% less for the same acoustic performance. The company manufactures in Italy and leads a group of European manufacturers including Matis. In October 2026 it announced a EUR 25 million financing round led by Jolt Capital.
