Outro (Outro Health) is a New York-based virtual clinic for deprescribing psychiatric medications, starting with antidepressants. Licensed clinicians create personalized hyperbolic tapering plans with monitoring, dose adjustments, compounded doses and psychosocial support. Co-founded by CEO Brandon Goode and psychiatrist-researcher Dr. Mark Horowitz; its flagship Taper Management program is available in 14 US states. In October 2026 it announced $7M across pre-seed and seed rounds from investors including Listen Ventures, Cake Ventures, LAUNCH, Actions Capital, Hannah Grey VC, SemperVirens, Brock Recovery Group and Pave Health Ventures, to grow its clinician network, apply AI to deprescribing workflows and expand to more drug classes.
