Otter Health builds an AI-powered, EHR-agnostic platform that analyzes physician decisions against gold-standard clinical evidence in real time, giving payers and providers shared visibility into care appropriateness, peer benchmarks and low-value care so they can manage utilization and quality without relying on traditional prior authorization. It was founded by Amol Navathe, MD, PhD; Keith Florance is co-founder and CEO.
