Continuous coolant analysis for liquid-cooled data centers
Omen, founded in 2024, builds real-time sensors that continuously sample and test the coolant in liquid-cooled data center loops, tracking pH, alkalinity, glycol concentration and contamination so chemistry drift is caught before it damages hardware, instead of relying on periodic lab samples. After a $31M Series A in June 2026, Omen announced in November 2026 that it is acquiring water-sensor startup Aquatic Labs in a $16M cash-and-stock deal.
