NUVA Digital is the software development company behind NUVA (NUVA Finance), a non-custodial marketplace and distribution layer for curated vaults of institutional-grade real-world assets (RWAs). Users deposit stablecoins to mint liquid, composable vault tokens that accrue yield and can be used across DeFi, with on-chain proof of reserves and no minimum deposits or lockups. NUVA was co-incubated by Animoca Brands and Nuva Labs (formerly Provenance Blockchain Labs). In April 2026 NUVA Digital closed a US$5.2 million seed round led by Morgan Creek Digital with Ulu Ventures; CEO Anthony Moro leads the company, and its board includes Sachin Jaitly, Mike Cagney and Yat Siu.
