Nethive S.p.A. is an Italian cybersecurity company founded in 2014 by Alessandro Bellato and Diego Rocco. It provides managed security services with 24/7 monitoring, threat detection and response, vulnerability management and specialist consulting to enterprises, SMEs and public-sector organisations, and develops its own software including HiveFlow and X-Suite. In October 2026 private equity firm Bregal Milestone made a majority growth investment in Nethive and backed its acquisition of IT security specialist JoyComm.
