Modelyo is an Israeli cybersecurity company, founded in 2024, building a "Sovereign Confidential Cloud" platform. It lets organizations run sensitive data, applications and AI workloads on third-party cloud infrastructure while keeping control of their data and encryption keys, combining confidential computing, hardware-based encryption, continuous attestation of the computing environment and a zero-trust architecture so data stays protected even while it is being processed. It targets regulated sectors such as financial services, government and defence, and healthcare. In October 2026 Modelyo announced roughly $17 million in seed funding led by OlivTree, with participation from Seth Merrin and David Phelps. Co-founders include CEO Benny Meir, Dr. Itzhak Aviv and Dr. Michael Kiperberg.
