Mesa School of Business is a Bengaluru-based, startup-focused business school founded in 2023 by Ankit Agarwal and Varun Limaye. It runs full-time on-campus programmes, including a PGP in Startup Leadership and Entrepreneurship, a PGP in Venture Building and a four-year undergraduate programme, taught largely by startup founders and industry operators rather than full-time faculty. On October 13, 2026 it announced Rs 110 crore in funding: about Rs 85 crore of Series A equity co-led by Dharana Capital and existing investor Elevation Capital, plus Rs 25 crore of venture debt from InnoVen Capital and Alteria Capital, at a reported post-money valuation of about Rs 385 crore. The money is going into AI-first curriculum, new programmes, startup partnerships and leadership hires. Backers also include Kunal Shah, Vidit Aatrey, Abhiraj Bhal and Vijay Shekhar Sharma.
