About

memobottle is a Melbourne-based consumer products company that designs flat, rectangular reusable water bottles sized like paper (A5, A6, A7 and a Slim model) so they slip into bags, laptop sleeves and pockets, as an alternative to single-use plastic bottles. Founded about 12 years ago, it says its products are stocked in more than 2,000 retail locations in over 100 countries, with $8 million in revenue in its last financial year. In October 2026 July luggage co-founders Athan Didaskalou and Richard Li invested $2 million personally for a 20% stake, valuing memobottle at $10 million, and are joining its board; the money is for product development, distribution and international expansion (Startup Daily, AFR).
