Free, open-source Mac menu-bar app for instant Google Meet, Zoom and Teams meetings
MeetPaw is a lightweight macOS menu-bar app that creates and joins Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings in one click. A click on the menu-bar paw starts an instant meeting with your default provider and copies the link; global shortcuts open a meeting on each provider from any app. It merges up to five accounts per provider into one timeline of upcoming meetings with a heads-up 15 minutes before each call, and can schedule meetings with title, guests and an auto-generated link, with a live conflict check across connected calendars. There is no MeetPaw account, analytics or server in between: tokens stay in the macOS Keychain. MeetPaw is free and open source under the MIT license, runs on macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon and Intel, and launched on Product Hunt in October 2026.
