AI coworkers that learn how your company works before automating it
Marble Cognition (Marble) is a Munich-based startup that learns how a company's work is actually done and then builds AI coworkers to take over repetitive cases. Its desktop application observes how employees use their tools and processes and turns that activity into structured process maps that AI agents can read and execute, with humans kept in the loop for important decisions. Co-founded by AI engineers Felix Rösner and Christophe Schmit, the company launched in November 2026 with a $3.75 million (€3.35 million) pre-seed round co-led by Heartcore and Seedcamp, and plans to grow its Munich engineering team and launch in the US.
