MakeO is a Mumbai-based consumer health company and the parent of clear-aligner brand Toothsi and skincare brand Skinni. It offers clear aligners, braces, dental, skin and hair treatments through online consultations and clinics. In February 2026 it agreed to acquire Singapore-based consumer dental firm Zenyum, extending it into Southeast Asia, and it earlier acquired the Apple Dental clinic chain in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. On October 13, 2026 it raised Rs 90 crore (about $9.4 million) in a round led by Singularity AMC with DSP Family Office, Genesis and Unispace Ventures, to expand offline across India and Southeast Asia and strengthen manufacturing, clinical centres and backend technology.
