Lumio is an Indian consumer electronics brand, operated by Circuit House Technologies, that designs smart TVs, projectors and speakers with software as its differentiator, including TLDR, an AI-powered personalised content discovery engine available in nine Indian languages. Founded in 2024 by Raghu Reddy (ex-Xiaomi India CBO) and Kailash Sankaranarayanan (ex-Flipkart), it launched its first smart TVs in early 2025. In October 2026 it raised a $12M Series A led by Blume Ventures with existing backers Stellaris Venture Partners and 3one4 Capital, to invest in products and software, add categories, scale after-sales support and start offline retail.
