Industrial autonomy layer for existing factories
Lumaril is an industrial autonomy company that connects to existing plant control systems, adds commodity audio and visual sensors, and uses classical control plus AI/ML to continuously adjust setpoints and control logic through a safety layer to raise throughput, yield and reliability. It serves manufacturing, chemicals, biologics, oil and gas, agriculture and polymers, and is paid on the production it adds. Co-founded by Ben Duffield and Mark Elliot and backed by Lux Capital, it emerged from stealth in October 2026.
