About

Lola Vision Systems is a Washington, D.C.-based edge AI company building software and semiconductor chips for running AI models directly on devices in defense and other mission-critical settings such as ISR, counter-UAS, autonomous and maritime systems. Its core software is a compiler toolchain and runtime that translates a customer's code and AI model into instructions a specific chip can execute, cutting the manual work of bringing a model up on new hardware; it runs on Nvidia, Qualcomm and other off-the-shelf hardware today. It is also developing the LVS-250, a chiplet-based edge AI processor planned for 2027. Founder Tayo Adesanya started the company in February 2024 in Los Angeles; it completed Techstars, raised a $500K pre-seed from angels, friends and family, joined Plug and Play's Aerospace & Defense program and Capital Factory, and moved its headquarters to D.C. in March 2026. It is one of the Startup Battlefield 200 companies at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026.
