About
Labelbox is a San Francisco AI company founded in 2018. It began as training-data tooling for machine learning teams and now builds Horizon, reinforcement-learning environments and evals that frontier AI labs use for post-training, and Recursion Managed Agents, a platform for enterprises to run fleets of graded AI agents inside the business apps they already use. The company says it is profitable and works with more than 90% of leading US AI labs. On 14 October 2026 it announced more than $100 million in Series E financing (equity plus a credit facility) at a $1.25 billion pre-money valuation, led by Infinitum Partners with Wipro Ventures, a16z, B Capital, Tau Ventures and Snowpoint Ventures.
