Konsileo is a UK chartered insurance broker built on a proprietary in-house broking platform that automates administrative work, embeds compliance checks and helps brokers capture better risk information, alongside Riskube, an online platform where clients manage their policies. It runs a self-managed 'Teal' organisational model, grows by recruiting brokers individually rather than by acquisition, and employs more than 220 people. Founded in 2017 by John Warburton (CEO) and Peter Henderson. In October 2026 it closed a £5M equity round led by Committed Capital with ACF Investors, to hire brokers and integrate AI into its platform.
