BOB is a Miami Beach fintech startup building an AI finance employee for small businesses, focused on Main Street service businesses such as contractors, restaurants and local services firms. Rather than a dashboard, owners talk to BOB over WhatsApp, text, Slack, Microsoft Teams, email or its app, and it plugs into their existing accounting, invoicing and estimating tools to keep records, send bills and estimates, accept payments and show real-time cash flow, with the owner keeping final say over communications, money movement and reconciliations. Founded by CEO Adam Wininger, CTO Jason Brill and CPO Kody Greenbaum, it launched a private beta in September 2026 and on 22 October 2026 announced a 5.5 million dollar seed round led by Mischief, with Peter Thiel, Codie Sanchez, Mark Pincus and Karman Ventures participating, per Refresh Miami.
