IPercept is a Stockholm-based industrial AI company that monitors CNC machine condition and process load from motion data. A patented device mounts on the moving side of a machine and assesses component-level health for bearings, ballscrews, guides, and spindles without controller access or long historical baselines. The company grew out of research at KTH Royal Institute of Technology led by Karoly Szipka and Professor Andreas Archenti, and serves manufacturers and industrial service providers across many CNC brands and machine ages.
