Hyphenate (formerly Maximor) is a New York-based autonomous finance platform whose self-learning AI agents run on top of a company's existing ERP, accounting and banking systems to handle work such as cash reconciliation, invoicing, subledgers, treasury, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and the close. In October 2026 it announced a $45M Series A led by Nexus Venture Partners with participation from B Capital, Foundation Capital, BoldCap and Gaia Ventures, bringing total funding to $54M.
