Hunar.AI is an Indian startup founded in 2022 by Krishna Khandelwal and Shantanu Bhattacharyya that automates frontline workforce operations with conversational AI. Its agents talk to candidates and employees over voice calls, WhatsApp and chat in more than 20 languages to source and screen applicants, schedule interviews, onboard recruits, run training and follow up with workers, for businesses in quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, mobility, financial services, healthcare and retail. In October 2026 it raised a Rs 40 crore Series A led by Blume Ventures, bringing total funding to Rs 65 crore, according to The Economic Times.
