Granter is a Portuguese startup, founded in 2023, that uses AI agents to simplify access to European and public funding. Its platform helps organisations identify funding opportunities, prepare tailored applications and manage approved projects, with a focus on SMEs and startups. Granter won Web Summit's PITCH startup competition in November 2025 and says it has supported more than 140 companies applying for over EUR 30 million in funding. In November 2026 it raised EUR 1.6 million in a round led by 3xP Global's Impact Innovation Fund with Celtis Venture Partners, Gateway Ventures and Deel, bringing total funding to EUR 2 million, and relaunched its AI Grant Consultant with a chat-based interface. It plans to expand into Spain, Germany and Italy.
