About

Go Eve is an EV charging company spun out of University College Dublin and Imperial College London in 2021, based on research led by Prof Robert Shorten. Its patented DockChain technology extends a single OCPP-compliant DC fast charger to multiple parking bays, charging plugged-in vehicles in sequence so fleets, depots, hotels, offices and apartment buildings need fewer chargers and less electrical infrastructure. Engineering is based in Wolverhampton, UK. It previously raised a 3 million pound seed round, and in October 2026 secured a 750,000 pound Innovate UK Growth Catalyst and private-investment project to build the next version of DockChain, targeting a production-ready release in 2027.
