About

Gallium Defense is a Paris-based defence technology startup building low-cost 3D radar systems that detect and track drones, vehicles and vessels for critical infrastructure operators and armed forces. Its first product family, the GDS-10, uses components originally developed for 5G telecommunications, including gallium nitride amplifiers, plus Nvidia computing hardware for signal processing, and is designed to be deployed alone or in networked grids. Formally established in April 2026 after development work dating back to 2024, the company emerged from stealth in November 2026 with a €7.1 million seed round led by Keen Venture Partners and 360 Capital, with participation from Omnes Capital and Polytechnique Ventures.
