Freda is a Stockholm-based agentic compliance platform founded in 2025 by Tink co-founders Daniel Kjellén and Fredrik Hedberg. It helps companies discover every regulatory framework that applies to them, build audit-ready compliance programmes, and deploy AI agents to run ongoing compliance work, including vendor risk monitoring, incident tracking and audit logging, with frameworks such as the EU's MiCA among those covered. The company emerged from stealth in September 2026 and is bootstrapped, with the founders reported to have personally invested about SEK 30 million (roughly $3.6M).
