FORT Robotics is a Philadelphia company building the Trust Layer for Physical AI: safety hardware such as wireless e-stops, safe remote controls and safety controllers, plus software including FORT Manager, rules engine, connectivity aggregation and remote operation, and safety architecture and support services. It says the Trust Layer is deployed on more than 19,500 units for over 600 customers, including Agility Robotics, DoorDash, Zoox, Textron and Google DeepMind, across warehousing, defense, construction, agriculture and other markets. On 22 October 2026 FORT announced about 20 million dollars in new commitments led by Tiger Global with Mark Cuban Companies, alongside its proposed business combination with Newbury Street II Acquisition Corp (Nasdaq: NTWO).
