Figments explored what happens when technology rewrites the rules of storytelling. Over seven years we built narrative games, virtual influencers, AI characters, creative tools, and eventually Plotdrive, an AI writing engine for long form storytelling. Each product explored a different piece of how stories are imagined, created, and shared as technology transformed creative work. Figments is a Y Combinator company (Summer 2019).
