DELIBRAUX is an early-stage RegTech project founded by Maria Panferova for payment fintechs planning to establish operations in France. The planned service will help teams prepare authorisation application documents and maintain compliance documentation after authorisation, connecting documents, versions, responsibilities, validations and deadlines in a shared workflow. Initial services are planned around existing tools, with proprietary software to be developed from early client work. The project is in development and has not yet launched. French incorporation and operations are planned. Legal opinions will be provided by specialist French lawyers; authorisation decisions remain with the regulator.
