About

Daytona builds what it calls an agentic cloud: secure, isolated computing environments (sandboxes) where AI agents can execute code, use software tools and perform tasks, launched through a single API. The platform supports Linux, Windows and macOS sandboxes whose resources scale with each task, and lets agents pause, resume or clone environments to explore different approaches. AI developers and enterprises use it to train and evaluate models and to run agents in production. Daytona was founded in 2023 by Ivan Burazin (CEO), Goran Draganić and Vedran Jukić. In October 2026 it announced a $60 million Series B led by FirstMark at a $1 billion valuation, bringing total funding to about $91 million, as reported by Fortune and Tech.eu.
