Copy Geek is a Sydney startup building professional-grade copy-trading software for cryptocurrency exchanges. Its engine lets a follower open and close the same positions as a chosen trader on the follower's own exchange account, scaling position size to the follower's balance, matching liquidation levels and applying a circuit breaker, without taking custody of funds. It is live on Bitfinex, WhiteBIT, Bybit and Hyperliquid and is pitched to trading platforms as a customer-acquisition tool. Founded by Chris Ji, Copy Geek raised a A$2 million pre-seed round in October 2026 led by David Issa and Thomas Boga with Sydney private investors, to fund product development, engineering hires and more exchange partners.
