Complete Farmer is a Ghanaian agritech company that connects smallholder farmers in Ghana and Togo with international commodity buyers through a data-driven platform. Founded in 2017, it works with more than 72,000 farmers supported by over 350 field agents and eight fulfillment centres that handle aggregation, grading, quality control and export logistics, and its buyers include European retailers Aldi and Lidl. Beyond commodity trading it supplies agricultural inputs and equipment and offers credit products that use farm data to assess farmers. Its products are CF Grower for farmers, CF Buyer for procurement teams and CF Storefront, an upcoming input marketplace for vendors. On October 6, 2026 it announced a $2.4 million convertible loan from the IFC, supported by GAFSP, plus $480,000 in advisory support, to expand input financing toward a goal of reaching 240,000 farmers by 2030. It previously raised a $10.4 million pre-Series A in 2023. CEO is Desmond Koney.
