Collective is a San Francisco financial platform for solo business owners. It bundles business formation and S Corp elections, AI-powered bookkeeping reviewed by experts, invoicing, payroll, business and personal tax filing, and business and health insurance into one membership for the self-employed. On October 29, 2026 Collective announced $100 million in new funding: a $40 million Series B led by General Catalyst, QED Investors and Gradient Ventures, with Intuit Ventures, FT Partners and SemperVirens participating, plus a $60 million growth facility from General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund, to expand into banking and insurance.
