CesiumAstro is an Austin, Texas company that designs and manufactures software-defined communications systems and satellites for space, air, and ground missions. It builds phased-array payloads, mission systems, and related hardware in U.S. facilities, and has announced Synchronicity, a planned multi-band satellite constellation, after launching its Element-1 satellite. In November 2026 it closed a Janus Henderson-led Series D financing supporting manufacturing expansion and constellation development.
