Cerentry Bio is a Denmark-based biotech spin-out developing a proprietary brain shuttle to transport systemically administered therapeutics across the brain's protective barriers. Rather than focusing only on the blood-brain barrier, Cerentry develops drug conjugates for transport across the blood-cerebrospinal fluid barrier (BCSFB) to improve access to the central nervous system. The company is based on collaborative work between professors at the Technical University of Denmark and the University of Copenhagen and participates in the BioInnovation Institute / Lundbeck Foundation Venture Lab program.
