Cellbox Solutions is a German warm-chain logistics technology company that keeps living biological materials alive in transit. It combines transportable CO2 incubators (the Cellbox Go and Shipper lines for ground and air transport) with logistics services and workflow integration, maintaining physiological temperature and CO2 conditions for drug discovery, cell and gene therapy, clinical and IVF workflows. Founder and CEO Prof. Dr. Kathrin Adlkofer leads the company. In October 2026 EU-Startups reported Cellbox completed the final closing of its Series A at €5 million in total, with members of Baltic Business Angels Invest joining existing investors NRW.BANK and Fraunhofer Venture.
