Causa Prima builds an agent-to-agent network for B2B finance teams so buyers and suppliers can automate invoicing, dispute resolution, payment timing and early-payment discounts on one platform rather than email and spreadsheets. Agents follow company rules, escalate exceptions, and sit on top of existing ERPs (including SAP-certified integrations). The company was cofounded by Maex Ament (Taulia), Henrik Gebbing (Finoa) and Philip Stanislaus, with teams in Madrid and Munich and plans for a New York office. On 13 October 2026 it announced a $20 million seed round led by Base10 Partners with QED Investors, FJ Labs and existing investors Creandum, Kfund and Borusan Ventures, bringing total funding to $30 million after a $10 million pre-seed three months earlier.
