It helps companies manage cap tables, employee equity and ESOPs, vesting, scenario modeling, fundraising and investor relations in one place, and serves clients in 11 countries. In October 2026 it raised a $1 million pre-seed round led by Oraseya Capital and AMKM Family Office.
