Cachet is a Tallinn-based InsurTech and licensed insurance broker that designs adaptive cover for shared mobility and gig platforms, embeds it into operators' systems, and runs policies and claims while established insurers carry the risk. It is active across 16 European markets with partners including Bolt, Voi, Ryde and Turo. In October 2026 it took total capital raised to around €11M in a round led by Spintop Ventures with existing investors Truffle Capital and Icebreaker.vc, its first outside investment since becoming profitable.
