About

Built Robotics is a San Francisco construction robotics company that turns heavy equipment into autonomous robots, now focused on utility-scale solar farms. Its RPD 35 robotic pile driver combines surveying, pile distribution, pile driving and data collection in one machine, paired with the RPS 25 pile stabilizer, and it has also built autonomous trenching and a pile-kitting concept robot. Founded in 2016 by CEO Noah Ready-Campbell, it says it has raised $114 million and logged more than 40 commercial deployments across the US and Australia. In October 2026 ARENA (the Australian Renewable Energy Agency) awarded Built Robotics Australia up to $13.3 million under Solar Sunshot Round 2 to set up a Brisbane manufacturing hub and operations centre that will build and deploy 12 robotic piling systems.
