AI-driven marketplace connecting hardware companies with US manufacturers and suppliers
Bloom is a Detroit-based marketplace for American manufacturing whose supply chain AI agents help hardware companies find suppliers, parts, and contract manufacturing, assembly, design and engineering, freight, warehousing, repair and hazardous-materials shipping services. Buyers post contract opportunities and suppliers bid on them, with quoting, booking and payment handled on the platform. Co-founded in 2023 by CEO Justin Kosmides, originally to serve e-bike and e-scooter makers, it says it has made over 2,000 matches for more than 140 companies. In October 2026 it announced a $3.6M seed round led by SNAK Venture Partners with Flyover Capital, Mana Ventures, Detroit Venture Partners, Invest Detroit Ventures and the Michigan Outdoor Innovation Fund.
